Abstract
|

|
Authors presented an autopsy case of multiple congenital Anomalies of cardiovascular system in a four month old Korean male.
Vascular ring was composed of right arch, right descending aorta, and left patent ductus arteriosus inserting into left subclavian artery originating as fourth branch of the aorta; This anomaly would be included in subgroup B and type 3 of Edwards classification.
There were also associated anomalies of the heart, consisting of high interventricular septal defect, dextroposition of aorta, right ventricular hypertrophy and pulmonary artery dilatation, that were consistent with Eisenmenger´s complex.
